# Your country workbook

The artefacts the plays produce, in dependency order — run a module, leave with a briefing pack about your own country.

Each play produces one artefact. Run them in order and the artefacts feed each other; run all seven plays of Module 1 and you hold a **draft cabinet-briefing pack** for your country. Run all five modules and you hold the architecture itself. This page is the map. If you have no country to hand, use Progressa — the worked examples on each play page show what each artefact looks like for it.

{% hint style="info" %}
Keep the artefacts in one folder, named as below. The **Consumes** and **Feeds** columns are the chain: every play names what it reads and what reads it, so you can start anywhere and see what you need first.
{% endhint %}

## What the Module 1 pack contains when you are done

1. **The problem:** A1, validated against named sources.
2. **The words:** A2, checked by a sector CIO.
3. **The money:** A3, directional, with a costing exercise commissioned.
4. **The first decisions:** A4, the agenda for a Board that does not yet exist.
5. **What we keep and what we build:** A5, corrected against the actual documents.
6. **Who does what, and who is missing:** A6, the role-gap list above the matrix.
7. **The Board:** A7, after legal counsel.

Bring items 1–7 as a single pack and make the four asks from [1.7](/experience-digital-transformation/gea/module-1-why-a-paera-anchored-ea/1.7-what-you-will-need-from-your-minister-and-how-to-ask-for-it.md) together, not in pieces.

## Where the chain goes next

Module 5 closes this course with the case for sustained commitment (A29 rev.2). In [Building a Government Interoperability Framework (GIF)](https://experience-digital-transform.gitbook.io/experience-digital-transformation/government-interoperability-framework-gif/building-a-government-interoperability-framework-gif) the chain continues into the build pack, where the play outputs become the inputs to the interoperability proving slice.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://experience-digital-transform.gitbook.io/experience-digital-transformation/gea/your-country-workbook.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
